San Diego Sports Medicine & Family Health Center is proud to offer MyChart portal access to our patients.  Especially during this time of social distancing, we highly recommend signing up for MyChart.If you are not already using MyChart  we will be contacting you to assist with the sign up process over the next few weeks. If you would like to get started sooner, please contact our office by phone. 
MyChart allows you to:

• Easily communicate with providers–no waiting on hold!  
• Request prescription refills and appointments 
• Self schedule certain types of appointments
• View a generalized health summary
• Obtain test and lab results 
• Access to your After Visit Summaries from each of your appointments 

In addition, San Diego Sports Medicine and Family Health Center offers telemedicine visits. With the MyChart app on your mobile device, you can attend video visits with you providers from the comfort of your home. The downloaded app on your phone is a very handy tool to view all aspects of your health in a very user friendly format, and makes video visits very easy.
