San Diego Sports Medicine & Family Health Center offers on-site physical therapy in all three of our locations. Our facilities have a total of over 12,000 square feet of space and are equipped with a therapeutic pool, a Pilates studio, and a variety of resistance and stretching equipment.

Each patient will receive a comprehensive evaluation by one of our licensed physical therapists who will create a personalized treatment plan. Our therapists will take into account your goals and lifestyle to optimize results and will work closely with your doctor to ensure continuity of care and the best possible experience. They will also utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and in-depth instruction for home exercise progressions as well as pain-relieving modalities. Our primary goal in physical therapy is to ensure long-term results.
